My practice comes from fifty years of business experience and experiences. My Network covers business ownership, operations and development, sales/business growth, marketing, financing, funding, tax efficiencies and business best practice.
Whilst I consider I am market sector agnostic, I have direct experience in the Retail, FMCG, Tech (hardware/software) Hospitality, Agri/Viticulture and Aircraft Industries.
I am an enthusiastic supporter of and have spent a number of years in, the Energy & Sustainability sector.
I think of my Agency not as just one person’s skill set and experiences but as a shared experience of interlocking ones. At the table there is, You, the Client, with your ideas and needs and me, your Agent, with the skill sets and network, sourced and developed over 5 decades.
Therefore, it is without doubt a partnership of communication and problem solving that fulfils the ultimate desire and that is: getting the project/product to market and sustainable growth.
If businesses have learnt anything from 2008 and 2019 it is that the unexpected happens but nothing can actually get in the way of a determined partnership/Team, who are working in unison.
Over the years and all around the World I have been fortunate to collaborate with some excellent clients and some amazing colleagues on some brilliant and diverse projects, to great success but I have also always lived by that maxim ‘you are only a good as your last success’.

Recruitment of Franchisers/Chef proprietors. Selection and Development of suitable sites. Opening marketing and operations.
Stephen has in excess of 50 years in business for himself and others.
Having paid to put himself through sales school, Most of the products he sold were the very latest for technology in print, I.T. Communication and Consumer Electronics, involving import and export. Due to the high cap ex nature of these products he was soon involved in the world of finance and it was quickly applied to give clients best value for money and tax efficiency.
Due to the nature of the products and their origin Stephen has been involved in many startups, mainly on behalf of inventors and manufacturers, entering new markets where areas such as R&D tax credit opportunities were discovered and exploited. However, the last twenty years have seen him focus on the needs of Companies with no market presence or Brands with no market presence, to great success.
Many more experiences were gained by Stephen when entering Franchising both in the recruitment of Franchisees and operational application, opening new stores and aiding the new businesses. Ecommerce was a new area of application for him whilst launching new brands and products.
He has served as a Director both in Sales and Operationally as CEO which involved him in all aspects of a fiscal nature starting with the production of the business plans including forecasting, budgeting and procurement that has placed him in control of the P&L at EBIT level.
